Hotel rooms very small, poor water pressure in the shower. No ironing board or iron available in the rooms. Hotel has communal room with one ironing board and iron (both did not appear to be in clean condition). Generally poor customer service. Poor breakfast. I am afraid many of the 5 star reviews are probably fake.

Uitstekend hotel.

Uitstekend hotel. Alleen de bar ging al om 22.00 uur dicht. Had wel 2 uur later gemogen. Ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid. Kamers waren zeer netjes. Restaurant is uitstekend. Al met al een uitstekend hotel. Receptie was vriendelijk en snel en sprak prima Engels. Net als alle medewerkers.

Świetny hotel

Warto zatrzymać się w tym hotelu. Stan pokoju był nienaganny. Było cicho i czysto :) Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania były smaczne i bogate. Zapewne następnym razem zatrzymam się znowu w tym hotelu.

Modern and clean

Have stayed in a few styles hotels now, this isn’t the best one but my oh know what your going to get here. Comfy beds and clean and modern rooms. As per usual a little outside main tourist areas but easy enough to access, although area may be a little intimidating for some late at night

Obsługa: bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna a proces zameldowania bardzo szybki. Duży plus za bezpłatny parking - możliwość zaparkowania zarówno przed hotelem jak i na parkingu podziemnym. Dogodna lokalizacja - przy głównej trasie, blisko przejście przez pasy i centrum. Pokój czysty, ładnie urządzony. W pokoju zestaw kawowy ale brak lodówki. Nawiększy plus za śniadania do pokoju - bardzo smaczne, cieple, ładnie podane - dużo smaczniejsze niż przeciętnie jak na ten standard hotelu.

Hotel godny polecenia

Zdecydowanie warto wybrać ten hotel będąc w Lublinie. Do hotelu bardzo łatwo trafić, jest praktycznie w centrum miasta, jest parking podziemny. Z hotelu pare minut jest spacerem na Stare Miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła, sympatyczna. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.
