"Booked a 'comfort' room . Was the most uncomfortable bed. Hard as rocks. So neither of us slept. At 7am dustbin lorry came past it sounded like an aeroplane. Hotel on narrow road and room overlooked road. We were awake anyway. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Cappuccino cups were tiny more like espresso cups. No yoghurt . Fruit in salad was bruised. Bread rolls a bit hard. Room was hot were told only hot air comes our of aircon unit. Why? Fortunately large window opened so we could cool room...

Although it is walkable if you are capable. Would recommend staying closer to more amenities if we were to stay again. "

"The location is fantastic and the room clean but that’s the only positives I’m afraid. The air conditioning was broken, and in fact was stuck on hot setting so the room went up to 27 degrees. We asked if we could move rooms but they were full - they brought a fan to the room but it fell over several times and frankly made little difference. I asked even for some bottled water to cool down but the man at reception refused and was really rude, while drinking beer with friends in the hotel...
