The walks we had along the beach with the dog were brilliant lovely long flat beach as far as you can see. "Great experience, listing accurately described the property which was well kept and had most amenities (only thing missing was the hair dryer and garbage/refuse bins ... apparently past guests spoiled it for those to follow) A car is suggested if you want to get about, however there is a Co-op and several restaurants/pub within walking distance. Easy access to the sea via a locked gate (key provided). Sufficient Parking nearby unit. Would recommend for a couple with 1 or at most 2 children."

"We had the impression from the photo that this was a bungalow attached to a house but actually it's attached to other holiday homes on a small holiday park. It's a well-kept site and there was plenty of parking in February. Although we couldn't get the beach gate open with the key, I found the other set of stairs a little way down the lane and there is a ramp further on. The beach is naturally wild and beautiful and Kessingland has good amenities - Africa Alive, fish and chip shop, Coop...

"Lovely house and lovely location. Two mins to the Jolly Sailors pub and three mins to the beach. Lots to explore in Suffolk and Norfolk, so idea location."
