"I’m disappointed to have to leave a negative review because the hospitality and location at 14 Mullet Bay were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the quality and cleanliness of the room and facilities. There was a strong mildew odor, and sewage smell, it was noticeable that pets had previously stayed in the room also. The room also appeared to need some maintenance and updating. That said, I truly appreciated the kind and attentive customer service."
