"It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so."

They were very helpful when I had to check out and check back in as my husband was in hospital and I didn’t know from day to day if he would be discharged. Particular mention to Liam and Jess although others were helpful too but I didn’t get there names. "

The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were also a great bonus. The adjoining restaurant was excellent with great food, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service. Overall, Mercure Rouse Hill offers great value, comfort, and a stress-free stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
