"Best beach house we've stayed at. We wanted casual beachfront digs for us and our dog, and this place delivered. We especially enjoyed the quiet location, beachfront access and extra large space to move around in. The master bedroom balcony offered stunning views, with palm trees swaying in the foreground. The mattresses were squeaky, but comfortable. We slept very well.We appreciate mgmt allowing us to stay an extra night so we could wait for improved road conditions after Winter Storm Fern."

"Step to the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for our large family group. Kids loved the heated pool. Plenty ofbathrooms, the two kitchens was a bonus withp plenty of room for food the prep.Keeping on my return list. Host is great with quick responses and providing area information. "

"We had a great Thanksgiving week at this cute beach house less than a block from the beautiful white sands beach! Our host sent us a list of good places to eat and things to do, Her recommendations were great!The house was very clean and in excellent order with a great stocked kitchen. Even though I ordered a precooked meal from Publix for Thanksgiving day, we never lacked for the correct pot, pan, utensil, plate or grill!The beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment were conveniently placed in one of the first floor closets. The beach access directly across from the house is great. it looks brand new-an elevated Trex wood walkway past the beachfront homes so just a short walk through the soft, shifting sands (which was nice for us older beach bums!) to a wide, clean beach. I was surprised that there were not many people there, but it was great for those of us there. What a nice, calm and relaxing beach! A welcome change from the over crowed areas just west of where we were. A couple of suggestions besides the ones we received. We had a blast making our own blown glass Christmas ornaments at Panama City Hot Glass Studio, loved Parlor Doughnuts and Bayou on the Beach, especially music bingo night to go along with the cajun and seafood dishes. Don't miss visiting Old Town Panama City to watch the sun set by Uncle Ernies and enjoy one of the restaurants such as Alice"s on Bayview.. There were cute shops there also!"

"We absolutely loved our time at this home! It is literally steps from the beach and is truly a clean, welcoming, and perfect place for a getaway.The house was ideal for our family celebration. Our son, along with a few of his friends, had just received his Army pilot certificate, and this was the perfect spot to celebrate their huge accomplishment before they all head off to their new stations.A special thank you to the hosts for being incredibly accommodating and understanding when we had uncertainty about our travel plans and flights during the shutdown.If you have the opportunity to book here, I highly suggest you do it. "Will definitely stay here again. Convenient location, clean with comfortable beds in every bedroom. No issues with parking vehicle or boat. Very pet friendly! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to going back again."

"The location was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was nice but cold— we had the option to heat but my fault thinking we wouldn’t need it. The fenced back yard was great and had plenty of space"

"Great Getaway"

"The name speaks for itself..literally. You are steps from a low key beautiful beach. We had a big group that all wanted separate places..Nick's place is perfect for close..but not too close! All the units were spacious, clean and decorated nicely. Couches were comfy...bathrooms were really nice. Lots of sleeping space! The kitchens were the most stocked kitchens I've ever come across in a VRBO. Plus they supplied things like- dish soap, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP and PT. - which is appreciated. We loved the privacy of the fence that surrounded the property.. The pool and the back area are lovely to sit and grill. Nick was gracious and let us arrive early because of a flight situation. He answered all questions timely. Very accommodating. Would definitily book again and recommend:)"
