However, I feel a couple small details could be better for what is rated as a 4 star hotel and has prices aligned with this level of hotel. I think there should be complimentary bottled water offered daily in each room. I find this to be common among many 4 star hotels I stay in. And I find the bathroom amenities starting to become what I call "cheaping out". Offering a tiny sample size lotion and that's it at the bathroom sink seems pretty minimal for this brand. Other than these small things, I think it is a fantastic hotel."

I would also expect a hotel of this price to be a bit more well-appointed (e.g., a hand towel rack in the bathroom, outlets on both night stands, robes. The rooms are also on the smaller side, and the bathroom is a bit tired. Parking is $35 CAD per day. The bar/restaurant is lovely."
