"10/10 experience. Loved The Nest. Exceeded expectations in all aspects: apartment, location, check in/check out. Bedroom door could use a window curtain, but not a big deal. "

"We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners much but when we did they were very responsive! My only recommendation for improvement would be to have the portapoty cleaned out — it’s in desperate need, but we were camping at the end of the day and it didn’t ruin our tip. Overall we would definitely come back. It was the perfect weekend. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Lizzie’s Lofts! We had a group of friends and our families stay at this property and it couldn’t have been more perfect of a place for our large group! Way better than staying in a hotel! The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with, answered all my questions beforehand and during our stay. The check in and check out process was smooth! The location was super convenient to walk anywhere downtown, which was so nice we didn’t have to drive anywhere our entire stay! This location was also easy to get onto the bike trail. The property was spotless! Everyone in our group commented on how clean it was! The entire place is super cute and decked out with neat decor! Beds were very comfortable as well! The game room was a hit for our group! We all loved how many options we had! This kept us entertained for hours! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that has it all!! Truly a gem! ;) "

"A perfect place, centrally located, and lots to do in the Decorah area. The house had everything we needed, and it was very clean and comfortable. The hosts, Amy and Jackson, were very responsive, and check-in was effortless. I highly recommend this property. If you are adventurous, you can drive up to “Pikes Peak” State Park in McGregor, Iowa, with its breathtaking views of the Mississippi River. Or drive over to La Crosse, Wisconsin, for a paddle Boat ride on the Mississippi. There’s plenty to do in town, with a great variety of restaurants and shopping options.We are looking forward to returning in April. "
