Renovated charmer in the heart of Decorah’s Park District

  • This charming craftsman style home is the perfect vacation spot for your family to enjoy all that Decorah and the surrounding area has to offer. This home is located on a quiet street less than a block from Phelps Park and 4 blocks to downtown Decorah. When you first arrive you'll find a large front porch to enjoy coffee from Impact or Mill Street Mocha in the morning, ice cream from Whippy Dip or Sugar Bowl in the afternoon and a Pulpit Rock or Toppling Goliath beer in the evening. The entire home has recently been renovated, including new kitchen and both baths. Three comfortable bedrooms rooms and large bath on the 2nd level. Laundry provided in the basement for your use. Private back yard with fire pit. Off street parking for up to four vehicles.
