"I rarely give 5 stars rating to hotels, but this hotel definitely deserves it. Room was very clean and relatively spacious. All the amenities were high quality. Especially the complementary private spa/sauna was extremely good! Breakfast was also fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned.
