Seth was great to work with and the house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we were surprised and pleased that we could easily get to the downtown Loveland shops and restaurants.
Immaculate and comfortable house, convenient to everything Loveland offers (which is a lovely town). The fenced yard was a plus for the dogs. Great communications with the host.
Very nice little house for the price. Beds comfortable with nice linens, good hot shower, nicely furnished. Very, very clean! Couldn’t get dishwasher to work, but that was no problem for us. Just might need a drying rack/towel. Very quiet area. Downtown is fantastic and only a short walk. Would definitely stay again.
Property was just as it was advertised. Great little walk to what I guess was downtown Loveland. Such a cute little town. It's probably a tie between my favorite things at property. I love the fenced in backyard for my dogs. That was a game changer. But I also really love the mattresses. I don't know what kind they were but they slept so great and they were so comfortable. Great space for my family, not too big but three bedrooms and one bath were sufficient. With no one on one side and one neighbor on the other. There was some kids on top of the building across the street throwing rocks down but once they saw us they stopped. Anytime I texted the Host, he got back to me really quick. Didn't really have any problems or issues. Would definitely stay there again if we were back in Cincinnati.
It was a cozy stay with a nice fully fenced yard. It's nice to have a kitchen away from home. The kitchen was stocked with equipment to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay.
Very cute, well stocked. Good water pressure. Bedrooms are great size. Plenty of outdoor seating. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping. Very nice property

Nice little house, just what we needed for our group of 6. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs to run around in. Even had deer just outside the yard. Thanks for the nice accommodations!

I love Loveland area.wanted to see the fireworks. This rental was convenient for family gathering. Nice and spacious.
Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice TV and good shower. That’s pretty much what I’m looking for when I stay somewhere. This property is good for the budget- conscious.
Easy to communicate with the owner. Very, very clean. It’s a good location to walk to downtown Loveland and experience all they have to offer. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We would stay there again when we come for the next family visit.
This was a cozy home to rest after long days hanging out at Kings Island. Beds were super cozy and the furniture was comfortable. It was a short 15 minute drive from Kings Island. We had enough towels and the shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower was a nice touch. If in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Maybe next time i could bring my dogs, as there is a fenced yard.
Had a great stay in downtown Loveland. Beautiful property with a nice fenced in yard for my dog. Nice quiet neighborhood for my 8 month old to nap during the day. Bedrooms were bigger than expected! Worked out great for the pack n play and dog crate. Instructions for the property were very straightforward, did not have any issues.
This property is in a quiet residential area, yet right near the nightlife of downtown. It appeared to be a safe area and was easily walkable. We stayed during the Valentine's Day festival, even in cold weather, we were able to walk as it only took us 5-10 minutes depending on where we were going. Easy drive to Loveland Castle. The house looked as though it was still being worked on cosmetically, but everything you need is there, nice big closets. No problems. If you are traveling with another couple, there are no tvs in the bedrooms so bring a laptop or something if you like to retreat to your own space. We would stay here again.
Random things to note: if you have an aversion to strong artificial smells know that all the bedding smells strongly of Fabreze / fabric softener. The fenced yard isn’t connected all the way around. It was perfect for our dogs because they are larger than 20lbs but if you have small dogs they could squeeze through where the fence isn’t connected to the house. The flow of the house was great. Air conditioning worked well. But for our stay the place was NOT clean. We informed the host and he apologized but offered no solution. We ended up using cleaning products we purchased to clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. We were in town helping a family member build their house in Goshen and needed a dog-friendly solution or else we would have cancelled our stay. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen and dishes were not clean, there was food left in the oven. It wasn’t good. The host said he knew his cleaning crew was an issue and is looking for someone new — so hopefully that happens before you stay. The grass in the fenced in area hadn’t been mowed either.
