Traditional farmhouse, cottage and Anexxe, 2 acre garden and woods,
Le Laurier, Haut Montlouvier in Louvigne du Desert consists of 2 converted traditional stone French farmhouses and outbuildings. The houses occupy nearly half a hectare of garden and woodlands in the midst of the beautiful Brittany countryside. The property is approximately 250M off the main road running through the village of Louvigne du Desert. You will be only 5 mins walk from a large Supermarket and 10 mins from the centre of the village. The village has a good selection of shops, several bars, two restaurants, a bank and a church. On Friday, there is a small market for fresh produce.
The properties are available to be let either together or separately and are ideal for two families. The price shown is for both properties per night not per person
There are separate entrances and parking for at least three cars.
Both properties are heated by a combination of wood burning stoves and electric heaters and share a laundry area with washing machine.
