Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
A fishing licence is required.
Small dog/s only allowed.
