Bedroom: 2 x Zip and Link Single Beds (Super Kingsize On Request), Freeview TV

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and gas BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Sit back in front of the wood burner and enjoy the peace and quiet of the delightful village of Welton le Wolds. Set privately in the grounds of the owner’s home, this single-storey, detached barn conversion offers a lovely base from which to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Spend the day at the beach on the East Coast, or head west to Lincoln, famous for its cathedral and castle. With good walks and cycle routes straight from the door, as well as excellent golf courses, the area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The nearby market town of Louth, with many good pubs, tea rooms and restaurants to enjoy refreshments in, is only a short drive or taxi ride away and is ideal for those looking for a good meal in the evening after a day exploring this fabulous area. Beach 20 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

Warm and Cozy Cottage

Great accommodation, well equipped and well placed to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and east coast resorts. Warm and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable break. Only downside is the quality of the WiFi signal. In an area of nonexistent mobile connectivity, a reliable WiFi signal would have allowed at least ‘WiFi calling’, this caused us issues with expected calls regarding upcoming surgery.

Lovely host, location, and we had all we needed in the cottage to prepare small meals. It was clean, close to where we wanted to explore and located in a nice village. There was enough room for the two of us and our dog. I wholeheartedly recommend it

This is the most wonderful cottage to stay in.

This is the most wonderful cottage to stay in. It’s beautifully decorated and in a beautiful and peaceful location. Louth is not far away and has everything you may need The owner is very helpful and the welcome pack lovely. We stayed her for a few weeks whilst our new home was completed. This is the place to just sit back and relax in beautiful surrounding. It has everything and more that you require We would highly recommend it to anyone. Thankyou
