Cow Pasture Cottage is ideally situated in the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its rolling hills, hidden valleys and pretty villages.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player, Ipod Dock, CD Player

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas underfloor central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Set adjacent to the owners home, this lovely detached barn conversion is just 1½ miles from the centre of the Georgian market town of Louth which still boasts three markets a week. Close by there is the 1½ miles circular Round Louth Walk which is ideal for the energetic with a public footpath which runs close by. Louth boasts two very good golf courses in Kenwick Park and Louth Golf Club and there is coarse fishing nearby (licence required). There is also a variety of excellent pubs and restaurants to enjoy in the evenings after a day exploring the east coast, the Lincolnshire Wolds or the cathedral city of Lincoln. The true treasure of Louth, Hubbards Hills, is just 10-minutes walk away. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
