Lourdes for Pilgrims not Tourists !!!

Had a great stay , It's a lovely Hotel. Can't comment on the food as i didn't eat there. The Room was great , clean and air con . Great hotel for Pilgrims and only a few minutes from the shrine. Would defo go back again .

A nice short walk to the Sanctuary

Our family stayed at the Astoria side of the hotel. Westayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. It is just a short walk to the Sanctuary and walking distance to the house where St. Bernadette and her family lived during their good times and the Cachot as well. The souvenir shop of the hotel offers 10% discount to hotel guests. Our room was cleaned everyday and we also have daily supply of towels.

Dog friendly and best location hotel in Lourdes

We stayed for 6 nights here recently for our pilgrimage to Lourdes. The room was big enough to accomodate 4 persons and 3 dogs. Beds were comfortable and they offered everyday cleaning. The staff were soo nice and accomodating. There's a paid parking also, a garage to be clear that kept our car really safe as it is inside. The only thing that might be missing is a dryer for clothes/heater inside the bathroom coz not all travelers will bring lots of clothes so at least they can wash and dry their clothings like underwears. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for location, dog friendly,kid friendly, service quality and parking. Will stay here next time for sure as not all hotels accepts animals in their hotel.

Internet is not reliable. The hotel has internet but is always down -- do NOT rely on it. Parking is safe, its in a private secured garage about 20 meters from the hotel and would cost you 18 euro per day. But its worth it. The staff are good and hospitable. Other than with the problem with the internet, the hotel would have been very good.

grosse déception

Très mauvaise expérience malheureusement. Pour un soit-disant problème de réservation j'ai été redirigé à mon arrivée à la réception dans un autre hôtel à 50 mètres de celui-ci. Ma réservation ayant été faite il y a plus d'un mois j'aurais aimé être prévenu avant mon arrivée. La chambre qui m'a été attribuée dans l'autre hôtel était hors d'âge, sans aucune commodités, avec un bruit continu venant de la clim (même éteinte) extrêmement gênant pour dormir. J'ai d'ailleurs préféré partir avant ma dernière nuit et trouver une autre solution d'hébergement. Pour avoir déjà séjourné dans un hôtel The Originals, la chambre qu'on m'a donné n'était clairement pas équivalent au standard de cette chaine d'hôtel, ce qui était la principale raison qui m'avait fait choisir de réserver ici. Très déçu par ce qui aura clairement été un désagrément dans mon séjour dans la région.
