This hotel is small and compact and has a wonderful friendly atmosphere the rooms whilst not spacious are clean and the beds are very comfortable the hotel itself is well situated and with in easy walking distance of the grotto and the Basilica I would recommend this hotel as being an excellent place to stay the owners are warm and friendly and do their upmost to make guests feel part of the family both my partner and I are happy to award the hotel 5 stars and definitely hope to go back one day it made our stay in Lourdes complete

Location is excellent, very convenient it’s at the center of the Main Street to the Basilica. Need tidying the room , room carpet and hallway lots of stains and worn out.. Shower room - water pressure is very good .. very relaxing after long day of walking but need attention in the shower curtains as it’s old and worn out, need replacing the exhaust fan as it’s not extracting and shower area smells mouldy. Hotel Manager ( Margo) is very apologetic and responsive to all queries and very attentive to her guest . She reassured that after the season hotel will be refurbished as on going plan started. Overall -once corrected all the points area needing attention this place will be an excellent for visiting the Lourdes.

Considering the price of accommodation its fairly a good deal as it is situated at a convenient location, very close to lourdes sanctuary, plenty of shops around for souvenirs and food, a general store right next door and the lourdes station at a walking distance. The accommodation is not a very fancy one but it's very clean and tidy, staffs are very responsive to even late night calls in emergency and includes all facilities one would expect at a hotel

The acting manger was rude and wouldn’t help with anything, the rooms was dreadful and area had drinks fighting and roaring al night I stayed one night as we landed late then we moved to another hotel next morning the manger wouldn’t refund us for the remaining 3 nights that I didn’t stay despite hotel.com trying to ring them she switched the phone off and wouldn’t talk to them, I understand it was a basic hotel but what we landed to was dreadful so avoid at all cost if your going to Lourdes

My family and I couldn't stay at this hotel. The front door glass was broken, and they used cardboard to cover a filthy, heavily stained carpet. I can't understand how this place is even allowed to host guests. There was no reception, and everything was disgustingly dirty. The stairs were stained, the doors and stairs creaked, and the beds had old, shabby bedcovers. I definitely didn't trust that the bedsheets had been changed. The overall disgusting smell made us feel physically sick. I had to cancel my booking because this place shouldn't be advertised on Expedia.

Très bon accueil à l'hotel ND Auxiliatrice, bon rapport qualité-prix, excellent emplacement proche du sanctuaire et commodités, propre (aspirer aussi sous le lit) et calme. Au 5e étage avec ascenseur. Notre hôte prêt à rendre service, ne pas hésiter à lui demander ! Suggestion : mettre un robinet thermostatique dans la douche comme déjà le cas sur le lavabo (économie d'eau), mais la température se règle bien et facilement, douche chaude appréciée !

Séjour mitigé. J’ai attendu plus d’une heure à mon arrivée avant que quelqu’un ne vienne m’ouvrir. Aucun personnel présent sur place pendant le séjour, et personne non plus à mon départ. Le petit déjeuner inclus n’a pas été servi car le restaurant était fermé, on m’a simplement proposé de le faire le lendemain que j'ai refusé. Pas de ménage effectué, et la chambre sentait l’humidité. Hôtel avec potentiel, mais gestion et entretien à revoir.

Quitter l'hôtel dès mon arrivée le 06/05/24 car me réclament 154€ chambre 202 insalubre, Humidité.En sachant que réservation faite auprès de vous 182,16€ débité et je devais payer 13€ à l'hôtel preuve à l'appui.(Facture). J'ai dû repayer un hôtel sur place pour mes 4nuits petits dej.compris 161€.ND auxiliatrice. Devrait me rembourser 2 nuits.j'en ai parlé à la Patronne.et je pensais vous contacter.avant d'envisager de faire appel à l'Office du tourisme et service à la consommation.j'attends un geste de votre part auprès de l'hôtel.
Dessus de lit usagé rideaux pendouille table ébréché moquette très sale armoire sale(manque d'hygiène ) surtout quand on entend parler de punaises de lit.
