Lila front desk clerk was exceptional. Very nice lady with good attitude towards customers. She helped us from wheelchair to lift / map of Sanctuary Lourdes and taxis.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, very near to the Basilica. Highly recommended to family. The only thing i can suggest that a sink should be installed inside the toilet area.

Pleasant stay
Friendly service, lovely people. Though they had a parking garage they advised me to park in a free zone, since I would have had to pay to park in their garage. Very customer oriented, would definitely stop over again. Also located in the heart of the town. Would have explored a bit more, but didn't have the time.

I liked the location and the clean room. The breakfast area wasn’t that clean. Also bathrooms were missing some amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall a good experience if your man purpose is a place to rest and sleep during your pilgrimage. The air conditioning is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Bring your own toiletries. Just hand soap provided. Breakfast adequate but tiring after the second day.

It was very convenient for the Sanctuary and St Frai, and has a nice outdoor bar/ sitting area. Reception and bar staff are friendly and helpful. However, I thought food was very poor, with unappetising and overcooked veg most days, and chaotic, but cheerful, service. Rooms could do with soundproofing.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. The room is clean and spacious enough for two people. The location is excellent and convenient to everything. The breakfast has a good selection of food and there are many restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Great location and comfortable room but no heater
The hotel is located very close to the Lourdes Sanctuaire which is wonderful for pilgrims. The room amenities were comfortable except that there is no heater in the room and it got uncomfortably cold at some parts of the night in Spring. Continental breakfast was generous.

It's not Paradise.
We love going to Lourdes every two years, so we decided to stay at the hotel Stella. Staff was great very helpful. Breakfast left a lot to desire, nothing special just bare minimum. Room was okay, bathrooms was newly renovated. However the night before we left we had noisy neighbours till about 1a.m. Tuesday morning early came the garbage trucks. We might as well have gone out and help them. We will not be staying here again.

It's up a very steep hill from the riverside but there is a special public lift round the other side to take you down to the sort of main street level (back street) that means you don't have to use that steep hill to access the hotel, and it's perfect for going down to the amazing Sanctuary of the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the grotto of the apparitions etc, where there are nightly torchlit processions etc. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are spartan and religious, as this is a strongly Catholic pilgrimage site, as everyone knows. Breakfast buffet is not bad, although it's machine coffee etc. We had a particular problem, nothing to do with the hotel, which if we had stayed anywhere else, we would have been in a bad situation, but this hotel had the resources and the goodwill to help us out, for which I am eternally grateful.

Perfect trip to Lourdes
We arrived earlier than check in time and they offered a room no questions also on check out they extended it for us. Breakfast buffet was included and delicious. Parking too available which is rare. I will stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Very friendly stuff and extremely helpful. Breakfast spread was not extravagant but sufficient. Room space was slightly smaller compared to American hotel rooms but it was adequate. Location is walking distance to the sanctuary.

Room had 4 single beds, but no other seating besides one desk chair. We were under an eave and had a sloped ceiling to contend with.

Hotel Stella was great
We were very impress and happy with the service of Hotel Stella. I will book at this Hotel again and I highly recommend it. The staff are wonderful and location is very good. The Hotel doesn't have parking but they can reserve a place across the street but you need to let them know in advance. (limited space)
