Excellent hotel, very close to la grotto

Distance to la grotto is only 2 min.Room is spacious and very clean and new. Parking place is marvellous. Staff is great and very helpfull. We will surely come back here.

I had an excellent experience here. I came to Lourdes for a pilgrimage and the staff were amazing! I would like to especially mention Jean-Jaques and Audrey. But all of the staff were exceedingly kind and gracious. It was the perfect location within walking distance to the shrine. The only minus comes from the comfort of the beds. They were not the most comfortable, but they weren’t the worst either. If I ever come back to Lourdes, I will definitely stay here. I will never forget the kindness of the staff and their gracious hospitality. It was spectacular.

Exceptional Hotel

I would highly recommend Hotel St. Rose, Lourdes. Excellent staff who made me feel very welcome and upgraded me to a beautifully decorated room with a balcony. Valerie in particular was just wonderful. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Sanctuary. You can be sure of a warm welcome at the St. Rose 🌹

I have a wonderful stay, my room can view the gate of the sanctuary. It's clean the only issue is the noisy floor when walking that i can hear even the upper floor too. Closed to restaurant esp the Filipino restaurant. Thank you to the reception staff the guy who helped me what to do when my passport was stolen and even helped me to communicate with the police. Thank you to the young girl in the reception too for being helpful and able to speak english with me... i will stay here again.

Good hotel - not for food

The room was very nice. This was the first time I saw a room with stairs that led up to more beds. It was very comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. It is very close to the shrine. One of the best parts of the hotel. Call ahead and they will set up the parking for you in their small parking lot. The reason for the loss of stars, the pictures show a cafe and outdoor eating area. They are there but it’s not open. Dinner is a pre set menu for a fixed price. Breakfast was a small continental breakfast. They should say the cafe is not open and there is no one to give you wine on the terrace. That there is no a la cart menu or a buffet like it says on the street.

Great location! Hotel is right outside the Sanctuary making it accessible to go in and out at any time. Easy meeting place for our Viator walking tour. Shopping and restaurants are very close. You need not walk or take taxi to visit the Sanctuary! Highly recommend!
