I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful! The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great bargain and I’d highly recommend.

I like the oldest style, balconies. Convenient place, close to McDonald’s, a beautiful market street full o veggie, fruit and pastries. Near to train and metro. The view is excellent! The hotel room has and old and bad carpet and bathroom ceiling need reparation.

The employees are all very friendly and professional. The hotel is well situated (3min from the big church). Parking could be free from 6pm to 9am at 3min walk. No AC so don't book if you can't stand 85 degrees in the summer seasons...

From the moment I booked my stay until the day I checked out, my experience was outstanding. First of all, I have to mention that I made a mistake when making my reservation. I accidentally booked a non-refundable rate for the wrong dates. It was completely my error, and I was worried that I would lose my reservation or have to pay for another one. To my surprise, the hotel staff handled the situation with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They listened to my explanation and helped me change my reservation without any problems. It reminded me that everyone can make an honest mistake, and I truly appreciated the compassion and flexibility they showed me. Their willingness to help immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right place to stay. Throughout my stay, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. One of the most touching moments was when they surprised me with a beautiful gift delivered to my room. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. It's the little details like this that make guests feel valued and remembered. I would especially like to recognize Federico, Aurore, and Rafael. An ok hotel

Hotels in Lourdes are expensive and the price does not justify the quality you get. Saying this Beau Site is an ok hotel. The manager there was very kind and helpful. Everything else was pretty much basic. Good location, walking distance from the sanctuary.

Great renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better.
