Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafĂ©s, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. "Great location and staff adequate, some helpful, some rude, but obviously skimping on basic room amenities, like soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and linens. One tiny soap to use in both sink and shower, and when they “cleaned” the room they didn’t replenish, nor were emptied coffee cups removed. No pad and pen, no complimentary water or coffeemaker, no chairs on the balcony. Some simple comforts would have made all the difference, but when we return we’ll stay elsewhere."

Plus rien au petit déjeuner en arrivant 45 min avant la fin. Plis de vienoisseries, plus de café, plus de jus d orange. Quelques tranches de brioche sÚches sûrement de la veille voire plus. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. "The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."

"Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky.
