"We well enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kourkoumelata. The owner greeted us as we arrived and helped us arrange a rental car. The room was tidy and aircon was on when we arrived making the room nice and cool (it was very hot outside). Staff were very friendly. The owner went above and beyond organising for our laundry to be cleaned and even giving us an impromptu driving lesson. For a two star accomodation I was very happy with our stay and experience. "
"The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

The pool area is stunning but there is not much around you have to walk down a long steep hill just for a shop so if you want to be close to shops bars ect this wouldnt be a great place to stay especially if you dont like walking in the heat! "Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair.
Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again!

"Located a few minutes drive from the airport, with impressive 180 degree views over the ocean and airport. Have an aerial view of planes landing and taking off. Due to the height of the hotel, there is no issue with noise. The pool is one of the best. A decent length and width. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious, the only small negative was that they smell a little musty."
