The 137 m² property includes a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available for a fee.

The villa features a private outdoor space with a pool (can be heated for an extra fee), 2 terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue.
