Welcome to your modern family villa in Areeiro, just a short 5 to 10-minute drive from both Loulé and Almancil!
This comfortable 3-bedroom townhouse is a relaxed base with private pool, enclosed garden and a cosy BBQ area, ideal for families wanting peace while staying close to Algarve attractions. Picture yourself enjoying sunny days by the 8 x 4 m pool, having long lunches on the terrace, and easy evening drives into town for dinner.
Step inside to three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a guest WC: a ground-floor double with private bathroom, and on the first floor another double and a twin room, each with their own private bathrooms. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining table, laundry room, and sliding doors that flood the space with light and lead directly to the outdoor dining and pool area. The spacious living room has AC, flat-screen TV and Wi‑Fi for relaxing after a day out.
Outside, the private, fully enclosed garden is safe for children and designed for outdoor living, with plenty of sun loungers and seating on the ceramic poolside terrace. The 8 x 4 m pool (approx. 1–2 m depth) can be heated between March and October on request and at extra cost, and the charcoal BBQ with comfortable dining set makes al fresco meals easy and inviting.
