years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Autumn break

Having stayed at the property previously, we knew that it would meet our requirements. Nice area around the pool at the rear that allowed Al fresco dining and plenty of space to chase the sun as it moves during the day. The only demerit was the noise from adjacent property that is being renovated. I don’t expect this to have a bearing on anyone booking it as this will soon be complete. The front door lock was a little stiff & fiddly to unlock . It had everything needed in the kitchen and we will look to go again

Needs some TLC and upgrades Needs new and bigger bath towels( said they would be changed midweek ) but didn’t happen Shower head in one bathroom , broken.
