Our villa is spacious & light offering accommodation for up to 6 people with private pool, broadband and 2 hours maid service per full week.
Furnished to a modern, high standard it offers broadband internet access, a very well equipped kitchen, large lounge with 75 inch flat screen smart TV & DVD, leather sofas & fireplace with log burning stove, dining room with extending table, 3 double/twin bedrooms (two with balconies), 3 bath/shower rooms & ample storage space.
The garden offers small private pool with spacious patio, barbecue with dining patio, further 'quiet' patio area, ample garden furniture & electric sun awnings. A child proof gate and fence separates the pool area from the rest of the outside area.
The use of air conditioning & heating to the swimming pool carry extra charges for guests who wish to use them.

As we are members of the Vale do Lobo Property Owners Club, our guests can purchase resort Stay cards to obtain free use of the internal bus service and various discounts in the Resort areas. Further details can be obtained from the owners on request.
Please Note;
In 2025 Loulé Council implemented a “Municipal Tourist Tax”. The tax will be applied per overnight stay to all guests, regardless of nationality or residence, aged 16 or over, who stay in tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments. These rates are: Low season - 1st November to 31st March - €1.00 per night/per person up to a limit of 5 consecutive nights. High season - 1st April to 31st October - €2.00 per night/per person for up to a limit of 5 consecutive nights. As owners of the accommodation we are obliged to collect these taxes and pay them to Loule Council. When you confirm the details of all guests at the Villa we will advise you of the Tourist Tax that will be required.
