This is a unique Quinta in the Barrocal Algarvio, with all the ingredients to provide you with an exceptional holiday. In summary, the Quinta has a bedroom inside the Windmill and 7 in the main house, sea views, 2 swimming pools, a games room, a tennis court, plenty of space and outdoor furniture, total privacy, air conditioning in all rooms. .. Sounds good to you?

Rooms, beds and bathrooms are arranged as follows:
• Windmill – Bedroom 1 – Double bed with private bathroom
• House - Bedroom 2 – R/C - Double bed with private bathroom
• House - Bedroom 3 – R/C - 2 twin beds with private bathroom
• House - Bedroom 4 - R/C - 2 twin beds with private bathroom
• House - Bedroom 5 – 1st Floor - Double bed with private bathroom
• House - Bedroom 6 – 1st Floor – 2 twin beds with private bathroom
• House - Bedroom 7 – 1st Floor – 2 twin beds with shared bathroom*
• House - Bedroom 8 – 1st Floor – 2 twin beds with shared bathroom*
• There is a service WC in the main house and another one outside near one of the swimming pools
* Bedrooms 7 and 8 have a low ceiling on one side and are more suitable for children or people who are not very tall. The bathroom shared by these rooms is on the ground floor, at the bottom of the stairs.

Extremely private villa with lots of activities!

Seashell rentals were very easy to deal with. The villa itself was perfect for a group of 12. The pool has incredible views and the house was well equipped. There is a tennis court, table tennis and a pool table which gave us hours of entertainment. I would highly recommend this villa. A hire car isn't actually necessary as Ubers were very easy and cheap ~15-22 euros to Villamoura/Albufeira

Nice villa

Good sized villa, with lots of rooms and space for big groups. A little disappointed that the pool was not heated. Besides of that it was a pity that weather conditions were not that good. But overall we had pleasant vacation.

Le Portugal en hiver

Location à recommander. Endroit superbe et bien aménagé pour de grands groupes. Tout confort. Beaucoup de possibilités pour les enfants. Salle de jeu et terrain de sports au top. Les piscines sont merveilleuses. Inconvenients : en hiver les séjours et salle à manger ne sont pas chauffés. La cuisine est pratique et très bien équipée mais, pour nous, il manque un presse agrumes grande capacité ainsi qu'un percolateur. A part nos soucis d'eau et d'eau chaude il n'y a rien à redire.

Limpeza e recepção à chegada. Quartos e camas confortáveis. Cozinha bem equipada. Vista e sossego. Na cozinha , panela de pressão faz falta. Algo que mantenha as melgas afastadas, sei q estamos " no campo ", mas é uma praga a conter. Info sobre onde deixar o lixo. Poucas T.Vs disponíveis. Sempre são 8 quartos.....
