Perfectly quiet and out of sight, you have a 60 m² summer kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven and everything you need for a picnic by the pool, a 40 m² terrace covered by a carob tree, a private air-conditioned swimming pool, a 5-seater jacuzzi, a fitness area with treadmill, bike, weights, etc. etc. and a 1800 m² park planted with trees and flowers. as outdoor fires (BBC) are very often forbidden in dry periods, we have equipped the summer kitchen with a gas barbecue/plancha.
Completely restored this year, all the equipment at your disposal is brand new. You have a 60 m² solarium with deckchairs and parasols located on the roof of the house with an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, the town of Loule and the sea. Although naturally cool, the house is fully air-conditioned.
