Accommodating up to 14 guests, the property offers comfort, space, and a privileged location between the sea and the mountains.
The Quinta features a spacious living room with fireplace, ideal for relaxing together, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are 7 cozy bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet, ensuring total convenience for everyone. Fast Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls, and the house has air conditioning and TV. Children are welcome—crib and high chair are available on request.
Outside, enjoy stunning mountain and sea views, relax in the furnished garden, or sunbathe on the private sunny terraces. Guests have exclusive use of an adult pool and a children's pool, both with saltwater treatment.

A perfect villa
Garden, garden seats, living- and dinning room, beds, rooms, kitchen, pool. It was all perfect! The best of the 4 houses at the Algarve we have stayed in! We were with 10 adults.

Friends revival
We enjoyed the wonderful villa in the hills a lot. It is a quiet area which invites you to relax by the pool and just spend time together with the people you may have not seen in a while. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved to have BBQs. Thank you, Teresa!

This villa was more than we had hoped for ! Great location beautiful grounds clean and well looked after rooms . We were a party of 16 and had plenty of space. The owner of the property Terita is so welcoming and helpful if we needs anything she would respond .We can’t wait to return

Amazing holiday!
The villa is very spacious and each couple have their own individual space with an entrance hall, bathroom and large bedroom. There are plenty of sun-loungers and beds in the shade! The pools were lovely and greatly needed for a dip to cool down. There is plenty of cutlery and, plates, glasses and mugs. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful tow weeks. Higly recommend this villa to a large party (there were 14 of us). Car is essential.

Absolut perfekte Quinta
Pros: Wir waren 1 Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zu Gast in der Quinta. Dabei fühlten wir uns rundum wohl und ausgezeichnet untergebracht. Besonders hervorheben wollen wie die stilvolle Architektur, die großzügige Anlage mit Pool und Kinderpool, die geräumigen Doppelzimmer - nicht zu vergessen unsere Gastgeberin Teresa, die uns Tipps für Ausflüge gab und immer ansprechbar war. Durch die Alleinlage des Grundstücks war es sehr ruhig und mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir Supermärkte, schöne Strände und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichen. Zugegeben, vor der Anreise hatten wir schon gewisse Erwartungen an unsere Unterkunft, diese wurden jedoch tatsächlich noch übertroffen.
Cons: Für uns gab es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.
