The line to check in was extremely long. We waited for 30 minutes to check in. One of the elevators was broken. Besides that everything else was great!

Shower was dirty. Bring blankets. Pillows are uncomfy. So far pool has been closed 9/2025-5/2026. Take that off your plans. Difficulties navigating between wings and parkong garage.
