"Enjoyed our stay. About 10 minute walk from French Quarter or street cars right outside will take you right there. The rooms were huge and beautiful lobby, the AC was OK, not the strongest. The description said down comforters but it was more like a sheet and throw blanket. Overall would stay here again "

"The pathways to the rooms were dirty and had bits of trash, and wasnt cleaned during our 2 days there. There was also a smashed cupcake of some sort just under the bed at the headboard I found while packing up to leave that was not from my stay and the carpets were very dirty in the room. White socks didnt stay white long walking on the floor, and I hope some of what was in our socks was part of the cupcake from under the bed. The room was very small and we were not able to get my moms walker through the the paths available, however we werent there much so we just made due. On a positive note, the beds and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfy. Also the breakfast and coffee was great."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. It's close to the French Quarter, the waterfront, the aquarium, and the tram. There's plenty of parking. The breakfasts are excellent, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. The service is beyond reproach."

"According to Expedia, I’ve stayed at over 35 properties throughout the Americas, and I can say with all my heart that the New Orleans Marriott has the best staff members I’ve ever encountered. Ms. Jerkyra (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) checked us in, and she truly set the tone for our entire stay. She greeted us with the warmest smile, reconfirmed all the details of our reservation, and took her time walking us through every perk of the property. She explained the complimentary tour available at the Sazerac House, shared details about credits we could use with the concierge toward booking excursions, and gave us a full lay of the property. It never felt rushed — just genuine hospitality at its finest. I had originally booked a standard king room, but at check-in we were upgraded to a river-view room on the 35th floor. The views were stunning! To top it off, the culinary staff surprised us with chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of prosecco — such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The property itself was beautiful and impeccably maintained — not a single piece of trash in sight. The location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance of what feels like hundreds of restaurants and bars, and just about a four-minute “skip and a bop” to Bourbon Street. I’m already planning my next trip to NOLA, and I will absolutely be staying at the New Orleans Marriott again. Such a pleasant, memorable experience from start to finish!"
