LOUHOSSOA, C538: This charming detached house is located in the commune of Louhossoa, just 10 km from Cambo-les-Bains. All on one level, the house opens onto a large living room with a fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, crockery for 7 people, kettle, coffee maker, oven, and ceramic hob. The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: one near the kitchen with two single beds (90 cm), and two others near the living room (one with a double bed (140 cm), and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm)). The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a separate toilet.

You will appreciate the large garden and the mountain views.

Firewood not provided: €50 per stere (please request before your stay)
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency)
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available)
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.

Bien situé pour les visites.Très calme ,grand jardin, grande maison.Belle vue.Bonnes literies. Matériel de cuisine en partie vétuste ( frigo, cafetière) , quelques indispensables basiques qui manquent (ciseaux, couteaux de cuisine, couverts à salade, rouleau à pâtisserie…), et un ménage superficiel dans la cuisine.
