Good to Know Before You Book
The property is reached through a metal gate off Market Street, then down an alleyway, up a flight of stairs and round the corner, so easy access on foot matters and there is no lift. Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox on the front door, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival. Parking is off-site only at the multi-storey car park behind the property, with no dedicated on-site spaces.

Extra charges
Overnight parking at the multi-storey car park behind the property is charged at a daily rate. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged depending on availability; this can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
