Bien situé

Très bien situé aux abords du lac et près des commerces, aspect extérieur séduisant mais appartement qui mériterait un peu de rénovation tant dans la déco, les meubles et les équipements (frigo bruillant et peu réfrigérant, hotte qui sent mauvais, baignoire à la place d'une douche) au vu du prix on espérait mieux, cependant on a apprécié la terrasse en rez de chaussée.

Bon séjour

Résidence simple et calme. Très bon accueil de la part de la responsable. Pot d’accueil proposé le lendemain de l’arrivée. Appartement avec du mobilier un peu vétuste, avec quelques rafraîchissements à faire mais bien équipé dans l’ensemble. Très bonne literie pour notre part et appartement très propre à notre arrivée. Jardinet apprécié avec cette semaine de beau temps. Comme nous l’avons déjà fait remonter à la réception, des transats seraient appréciés pour le rez de jardin.

Alles in het appartement erg dicht op elkaar. Zelfschoonmaken geen probleem, moeten er wel defacaliteiten voor zijn. Bergmeren pinpas geregeld, duurde tot 4 dagen na vertrek voordat het terug was. Schitterende omgeving. Veel activiteiten te ondernemen. Ondanks veel mensen aanwezig, de stilte overheerste.

Trop sombre et chambre trop exiguë

Au regard de l extérieur (belle architecture!) On s attendait à l équivalent à l intérieur...et là grande déception! : logement très sombre même en plein jour (recoin inutile au niveau de la terrasse et trop grande avancée des balcons au dessus) obligé d allumer en permanence...et deuxièmement une chambre bien trop exiguë pour 2 personnes (à peine pouvait-on tourner autour du lit!)...c est bien dommage car la région est magnifique et Loudenvielle une station bien équipé

Très bon sejour appartement très agréable nous etions au rez de chaussée balcon pour stationner les vélos. Pas loin de la balnea et du lac de loudenvielle.

mon sejour les jardin de balnea

personnel tres serieux. certaines pieces demande un rafraichissement et de petits travaux de bricolage (patere qui tiennent a peine,grille et fitre vmc disparus dans les wc et donc gros bruits toute les nuits,flexible de douche monte a l envers impossible à accrocher. poignée de porte du frigo qui lache petit à petit.traces de pneus de velo sur les murs. vaisselle tres tres juste pour 6 et tres succincte. placards quasi inexistants. dommage car encore une fois l endroit est idealement situé.
