"This is a clean, newly renovated place. It is very conveniently located to almost all of the attractions in Newport. While there is no view (I wasn't expecting one) the place was neat, & clean. In all honesty, because of the price, this was a much nicer place than I thought I would find. We stayed 6 nights, & there was nothing that I can complain about. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The view was fantastic. Amenities all checked out. The walk is about a mile to old town Newport. Great for healthy walkers but a bit of a walk for others. We did not use the pool but it looked great when we walked through it to check out the docks. Staff was great. Kitchen had most everything we needed...everything you would expect. Would definitely come back!"

"This is a very impressive house in a great location. The host Gary did a great job of communicating with us. He checked in after we arrived to be sure everything was OK. All of the appliances worked and the kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, pans and . utensils. There is a great view from the dining room table. If you dislike climbing stairs then you should not stay here. The garage has every thing you need to catch and cook crabs. We harvested cockles from in front of the house in the bay. The house is well stocked with games, puzzles and books. We will definitely stay here again if available."

"Brandon was incredibly patient and helpful with the harried leader of a small group with no connectivity to review instructions. And he extended happy hour just for us. It is things like that which make a stay special. Breakfast was yummy. Bed in Suite # 2 was heaven. The space is a little funky so have an open mind. Great mini adventure I wish I could have extended."
