"This hotel was beyond fabulous!!! Upon arrival, Miranda let us know that we got an upgraded room. We were in the Agatha Christie room with a L shaped balcony. The room was very clean. We toured all floors of the hotel and we loved how it explained the starting of the hotel and all. We ate breakfast at the joining cafe and it was delicious. Checkout with Alex went great and he added some information about the hotel opening last July and that if we choose to come back to call as we could get a 15% discount on that stay (depending on timeframe).
