"If you want to feel like a Duke or Duchess, stay here. The property and grounds are amazing, the room was large with period appropriate furniture and decor. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel is close to other amenities. Quiet property with lovely views from the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience."

"The bungalow was perfect for our family's stay in Bruichladdich. It was clean and modern and the views across the bay are beautiful. The mini market just a couple of doors down is perfect for coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Claire was a great host, very responsive to questions and check-in and check-out were very easy."

"This cozy cottage in the tranquil village of Portnahaven was the perfect setting for a sisters' getaway week. Splendid scenery, stunning coastal walks, absolute quiet (rarely an engine sound), except for the birds and the seals. Without a car, we managed to get around by bus and hired a driver for one day to explore parts of the island off the bus route. Everyone we met was super friendly. We particularly enjoyed the pub in Portnahaven. Taxis need to be booked in advance. Also recommend stocking up on groceries in Bowmore before arrival as there are no shops in Portnahaven."
