"Overall the hotel is very good, but some room for improvement with the pool area needing attention, lots of sun bed hogging, very hard beds, but they will provide a topper if you ask. The best part is the staff, all super friendly and efficient, food ok too."

"Beautiful, comfortable and clean hotel 15min away from the airport by car. It’s not on the coast, but San Bartolomé’s area is incredibly charming. Since it’s in the center of the island you are not far from anywhere. There’s no elevator, there are few parking spots (including 2 for electric cars), sometimes you have to park outside.
For once, window shutters allow to sleep in the dark, and sound isolation is ok. Rooms are big, bed and pillows very comfortable, and breakfast is good. "

"Spacious accommodation. Near bus stop. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and harbour. No hot water for three mornings, then fixed. Noisy music at night - from next door building, I think."

"Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times...
