The hotel is amazing. Lots of effort into the ambiance and aesthetic. The staff are next level, with very personable and excited attitudes. It’s very welcoming from check in to out. The room is pretty outdated overall, but still really a magnificent view. It was a great stay and we’d love to come back.

On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean.
On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

The communication was excellent. However the Expedia ad is misleading. There is very little water pressure and no hot water. The host was so nice she heated up water for me.
