Los Patos Beach Tours and Activities

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious. My only issue was that the housekeeping service for my room was consistently poor. When I arrived the floor near the toilet was visibly dirty (yuck!), there was hair in the bathtub, and there was no shower gel. I reported these issues to hotel staff and they were not rectified. I ended up cleaning the bathroom floor myself. Eventually, I did reach out again (this time to my butler) and was able to get shower gel. I also did not receive replacement wash cloths on multiple days, and had to ask my butler for them. All in all, I am hoping my housekeeping issues were an exception, as the rest of my stay was amazing.

If you are looking for a party resort this is not the resort for you. If you want to relax, enjoy a clean beautiful beach this is the spot. The food options were really good compared to othe all inclusive resorts Ive visited. The drinks! Boy do they flow! And they are good. Lots of places to lounge. The main pool is beautiful and it is fairly large. They did have some entertainment at the pool but it was very mild. This resort has a very chick, adult atmosphere.
