"Very good location, in walking distance of the coast with the big mall Larcomar. Several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean, breakfast buffet was ample and nicely presented. Hotel staff at the Front Desk, Restaurant and Housekeeping all very service minded, polite, caring and nice. Would recommend Estelar without a doubt!"

"Reached around 10 pm, no bath towels and took them a while to place them. The mirrors looks pretty bad inside the room. Also, weird smell in the corridor. I would not recommend this hotel after paying 300 USD per night"

"The room was very clean. The staff specially the guys who open the doors are so friendly and attentive. Wi-Fi was okay i guess. I have an internet plan so it didn’t affect mee. "

"We had a large suite in the “new” wing, however it wasn’t very well appointed: like many properties in this part of the world the materials are not high quality. Though the bed was huge and very comfortable, we were woken up very early by the noise in the courtyard below and the flat roof above were staff or workers were: the insulation isn’t good, as the wooden windows have single glazing and they don’t close hermetically. We could also hear people talk in the room next to ours and there was noisy maintenance work with drilling taking place during the day, so we decided not to extend our stay and move somewhere else. Be aware there’s no lift, only stairs."

"The entire property smelt wet and like cigarettes. I spent 1 hour there and then booked another accommodation. They gave me 1/3 of my money back after I said I wouldn’t be staying. They also failed to pick me up from the airport when they offered to pick me up. The managers do not communicate properly and the place is ran down with stains everywhere in the main areas. Book elsewhere"

"The property was in a great location, however there were several things wrong. Upon entry to the property, your greeted with a very musty/moldy smell. The property is very hot which would normally be okay with me but this unit is on the first floor and the windows are not caged so I was uncomfortable leaving windows open for ventilation. I’m assuming this is what created the moldy smell. Everything in the unit was damp to the touch including the bed. This is not an ideal feeling when you want a good nights sleep. The internet continuously drops completely out. You would be lucky to get a full 5 minutes of uninterrupted internet, and because the location is on the bottom floor you get no cell signal either. I ended up finding black mold in the unit as well. I did bring all of these issues up to management and was only offered a 15% discount on my next stay. I was very unhappy about this location. "
