"We had Franko check us in. He was very Friendly and did a excellent job. Rooms were abit dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Beds are smaller then what we are used to and they are very low. Food choices were good. Buffet service was slow next to nothing they didn't serve us well. Pools were warm on out chilly night. We tried the private beach. Our server Guillermo Giles did a great job better than any of the food staff members. Our drinks were always filled buckets stayed cold with ice....

"My family and I stayed 2 nights everything was fine, staf is very nice, convenient store nearby, transportation in front of the hotel, pool was excellent, beach next to the hotel elevator fine. Except during the day is a bit noisy because remodeling is going on. Other than that we strongly recommend, definitely we will be back. "

"The hotel itself is “ok” the room had a weird odor but the deal breaker for me was the noise. It was like there was a motorcycle track right outside my room and I was on the 9th floor. It was all night basically and couldn’t sleep for nothing. I know that’s not on the hotel but I will never stay there again even if was for free Positives- beach is right across the street. There is a grocery store 80 meters from the hotel and a oxxo (7eleven). Nice view from room balcony. "

"The property is very old and dated. The showers are salt water which leaves you feeling unclean. Never clean towels. Service at beach, pool and restaurant is horrible but yet they expect high tip and when you don’t tip what they want then they tell you to tip them more. The room doors are see through and allow to much noise. Kids running and screaming all hours of the night. Dogs barking all night. Too much noise. Now the beach is beautiful. Best place to see the sunset. "
