Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.

The property in the post looks great, bathroom had mold, roaches, sick were painted and paint was peeling. Food wa spoiled got sick the first night after eating fish. Cheched out early stay clear don't waste your money. Place is a fraud.

Quiero hacer un reporte respecto a un altercado que sufrió mi habitación y la respuesta nula e inoportuna que tuvo el hotel iba en mi 3 día de hospedaje con detalles pero en gral estaba bien había salido por mi cumpleaños y regrese a mi cuarto y la puerta estaba violada rota que otro cliente había irrumprido en mi habitación bajo la influencia de alcohol y estupefacientes para empezar el susto que nos metieron el que si hubiéramos estado, la seguridad de nuestras cosas personales algún robo que se metió como tal a la habitación tengo fotos de como rompió la puerta y además de todo bajo a la recepción enojada y asustada y que nadie me podía dar solución que no había nadie responsable en ese momento me dijeron q el personaje había pagado los daños y lo habían corrido, y al otro día que nos abordo la encargada en turno para solo pedirnos disculpas me dice que no se había ido el huésped eso también me pareció pésimo que seguridad manejan entonces a esto le anexamos que después del altercado nos cambiaron repetidas ocasiones de habitación (3 ocasiones) porque no había aire acondicionado, no había agua y luz y en la última de nuevo el aire acondicionado donde ya nos hartamos y no nos quisimos cambiar nos vamos con pésimo sabor de boca nos habían recomendado este hotel era la primera vez que íbamos y será la última pésimo servicio y atención cabe mencionar.

Solo comentar que En las últimas 2 ocasiones que hemos ido, siempre la chica que hace la limpieza del cuarto olvida dejarnos toallas y es un rollo con recepción que también tarda en enviarlas. De ahí en fuera es un hotel increíble y el personal súper amable!
