"We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was good too.... basic but good."

"Nice quiet place with lovely scenery and very comfortable rooms and large beds. The pool was a decent size, but the hot tub was not warm when we visited. Helpful staff as there are limiited dining options, so be prepared to drive somewhere to eat. Not easy to spot the entrance to the hotel. It is accessible via the double wooden door and an intercom as seen from google street view of the address. Would recommend for couples. "

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Room was more like a suite! We stayed half board which we would recommend as there are not many other places to eat in the area. The food was delicious so glad we booked half board. We visited Santoña (anchovy capital of the world ) and Laredo, both close by, which were well worth the visit. Lovely, unspoilt area of northern Spain. "
