En general para unas vacaciones con la familia está bien, tienes lo necesario y el apartamento es amplio. Ahora bien, el anuncio es engañoso, porque deja caer que tiene espacios exteriores, piscina interior, gimnasio y no es así, todo eso es para el uso del hotel, además de ser minúsculos y poco práctico. El apartamento solo tiene acceso al spa del propio apartamento al que por cierto hay un acceso muy poco práctico y el cual necesita mantenimiento, muchos chorros no funcionaban o no funcionaban bien, la ducha del vestuario no funcionaba y puesto a que no había nada más que hacer allí, a veces el jaleo era tal que de spa tenía poco. Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas se escuchaba todo a todas horas y ciertos materiales como colchones, almohadas, pinzas, y sobre todo el sofá-cama necesitan un cambio más frecuente.

Hola, en general nos ha gustado mucho el alojamiento, sobre todo la zona del spa para los niños que lo han disfrutado mucho y también la zona de bolas, aunque la sala en la que se quedan los padres está muy desangelada y sin luz....el apartamento está muy aceptable con una gran terraza, lo que menos me gustó fué el trato de la chica que nos recibió cuando legamos en recepción, casi ni nos miró a la cara, ya sé que todos podemos tener días malos y eso, pero si trabajas de cara al público por lo menos contestale algo a una niña que te ha dicho Hola 3 veces....

Nos hemos alojado con dos bebes en un apartamento y a las 23.15h ha sonado el teléfono hasta en tres ocasiones, por lo que han conseguido despertarnos y el motivo de la llamada ha sido preguntarnos si habíamos cenado en la cafetería. Increíble!! No entiendo cómo se puede despertar a unos clientes por un error de servicio en la cafeteria.

Todo muy bien, desayuno muy bueno.

Todo muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno: zumo natural de naranja, fruta, fríos, salados, dulces y cocina en directo. Muy bien. Tiene spa y piscina infantil, yo no lo probé porque no tenía bañador, pero tenía buena pinta.

La televisión del cuarto de estar es muy pequeña para la distancia que hay del sofá a donde estaba colocada. El armario ropero es pequeño, apenas tiene capacidad, sobre todo xque las mantas, albornoces y almohadas ocupan más del 50% de su capacidad.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and really liked it. Very clean apartment. We had two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped though I wish the refrigerator was full size as the apartment is meant for a family. It was nice to have a washing machine. We were able to wash our clothes. There is a nice spa with jacuzzi tubs and a pool with various water features. We did not go to the hotel restaurant though it was busy every day which means it is probably pretty good. There is nice grocery store Lupa within 5 minute walk. Everything you need can be purchased there. We would definitely recommend it for couples of families with kids.

Todo bastante bien

En término generales bastante buena, el único pero que le pongo es que para ir y venir del spa tienes que pasar por exterior y hemos vuelto con catarro Los cuatro pero bueno. Luego la zona spa pues está más o menos . Había veces que no funcionaba el jacuzzi, la cascada no funcionaba, y algún que otro chorro tampoco. En cuanto al apartamento muy bien, solo que el sofá cama es viejísimo , pero mis hijos durmieron bien. Tuvimos que aparcar fuera cruzando la carretera porque celebraron una boda y estaba repleto El parking pero tuvimos suerte y aparcamos Justo en frente cruzando la carretera . Tuvimos que pedir 3 albornoces más porque éramos 4 y solo había uno en la habitación , pero como decía al principio del comentario, en términos generales ha sido muy buena estancia. Por poner otro pero .... pondría microondas con grill(a falta de horno), para poder hacer unas pizzas a los niños 😅😂😂

Bonito lugar pero habitaciones ruidosas

El lugar a esta bien en general es bonito y cómodo .. Pero si vas en plan descanso no! Mucho ruido entre habitaciones Justo al lado nuestro había una familia con adolescentes que a las 2 de la mañana todavía gritaban jugaban y era un desastre porque todo se oía ! Las paredes a de papel!!☹️

La zona que daba al monte del hierro bonita con algunos senderos para echar carreras mañaneras el Apartamento amplio para pareja y crio pequeño, el unico inconveniente la nevera hacia mucho ruido y congelaba la comida aun estando al minimo de potencia. La zona spa bien para estar incluida en el precio.

Très facile à trouver, proche de l'autoroute ce qui ne fait pas faire un énorme détour quand, comme nous, on fait étape une nuit pour visiter le parc de Cabarceno. Les appartements sont très spacieux et bien insonorisés - nous avons eu initialement un peu peur en voyant que notre chambre donnait sur la route, mais les fenêtres à double vitrage sont très efficaces. Plutôt bien fourni, que ce soit au niveau de la vaisselle ou des produits d'entretien et autres (distributeur de savon et shampooing). Excellente douche à l'italienne. La procédure d'arrivée est très simple, le personnel charmant. Seul point négatif : une seule clé magnétique, qui sert à la fois à ouvrir la porte d'entrée du bâtiment, celle de l'appartement, et activer l'électricité (TV, clim, etc.)... ce qui fait que si l'on se sépare en laissant quelqu'un dans le logement, soit on embarque la clé et il/elle n'a pas l'électricité, soit on est obligé de s'appeler pour qu'il/elle descende ouvrir. Mais bon, ce n'est pas très gênant au final. Dernière remarque : contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans notre réservation, notre appartement ne disposait pas de balcon - mais ça non plus n'était pas trop grave pour nous.
