"PESSIMO: Pessoal Recepção check-in e check-out. Check-in: Se voce esta esperando ser bem recebido com simpatia, tipo, bom dia! que ótimo recebê-los aqui! Te explicar como funciona o resort, esquece, te dão a chave, e fala, as instruções é só você ler este QRcode! Check-out. Mesmo problema do check-in, se voce esta esperando um muito obrigado por terem vindo, boa viagem de retorno, ou foi um prazer tê-los atendidos, etc, esquece! RAZOÁVEL: Acomodação. Quarto padrão de hotel 3 estrelas. BOM: A estrutura do Resort e praia. Devido o Resort ser pequeno, sempre tem bastante gente. Então se você gosta de sossego, relaxar na piscina sem barulho, esquece isso, pois as três piscinas são praticamente juntas, e sempre tem muita gente. OTIMO: ALIMENTAÇÃO, sendo perceptível o asseio, e também o paladar de uma comida bem feita e saborosa. Os alimentos não possuem aquele gosto tipico da maioria dos resorts que é de comida industrializada, sem gosto. FUNCIONÁRIOS todas as áreas (menos recepção), tipo restaurantes, piscinas, camareiras, atores show: Educados, prestativos, onde é perceptível que estão empenhados em dar ao hóspede no mínimo um bom atendimento. LIMPEZA: É perceptível o asseio, o cuidado com a limpeza do Resort no todo."

"We love this hotel. We got married here 13 years ago and decided to bring our daughter to show her our favourite all-inclusive resort. The rooms were clean and everything is well-maintained. The buffets were good but the a la cartes were only okay and the service wasn’t over-the-top. It wasn’t overcrowded and there were always beach chairs available. Lifeguards were plentiful! "

"Great location right on the beach. Spectacular panorama at a very reasonable price. Nice swimming pool and deck area. Easy access to the beach. Room was modest but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and it seemed “family-run.” The on site restaurant had a good free breakfast and other meals available, with a great view of the ocean. The hotel is hard to access because the road going to the hotel requires a very difficult dangerous and illegal turn across a busy highway, or you have to travel a few kilometers beyond the turnoff to find a place you can do a safe U-turn. The road in is bumpy, so just drive slow. Parking is plentiful but you have to drag your suitcase over the unpaved ground to get to the stairs going up to the reception area. No elevator. I’d definitely go back now that I know how to navigate the turn into the access road."
