Los Limones Hotels, La Romana

"This place is amazing. Lots of green space. Beautiful gardening. Trees, flowers, shrubbery, all taken care of. Also the service is number 1. The food is always hot and fresh. Room service is prompt. The Beach is well maintained, I always was able to have a choice of recliner chairs. Lots of space everywhere. Never the feeling of being crowded. Bottom line. I haven't got a single complaint. I would have to make one up, lol. "

"Hotel is brand new. Clean. Nice rooms with decent amount of space. We had a room that faced the water. It was beautiful on the balcony. Infinity pool wasn't used by us but looked lovely. The biggest problem is that there is nothing nearby. You are basically at the mercy of the hotel unless you Uber somewhere. We arrived and needed to eat around 4:30pm (starving because the airport has no restaurants on the arrival side that we could find). The restaurant had a very small menu of snack bites. I got a chicken Caesar salad which was ok. Dinner wasn't being served until 6pm. We only stayed 1 night before a cruise and it is close to the cruise port so points for that. I would probably stay again but eat before you arrive."

"The resort is beautiful and the staff are amazing! The only negative is the mediocre food. Best place was the Japanese restaurant. The breakfast buffet was not good either."

"If you have kids with you the preferred status is not worth the extra money. If it’s just adults preferred could be worth it but I really don’t think I would upgrade again. The staff were really nice and helpful, some are a little grumpy but I’m not always happy at work either."
