"The staff was amazing!! The property was beautiful and in the middle of the Zócalo, so was a busy location. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our time special. Would stay again!"

"Very clean room but sparse (no coffee machine, fridge, etc.). The staff was nice upon check in and helpful overall. However, the night time receptionist wasn’t that nice. The shower was very nice and had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The room is not soundproof and had a hard time sleeping on the weekend as the bars around the place were very loud and until 5AM!!! I was on the top floor too, I would recommend requesting a room not facing the street (Calle Florencia). The area is extremely convenient - lots of bars, restaurants, transportation, and tours can easily pick you up there."
