    **Newly built with thoughtfully designed studio **

    This studio is newly built in July 2023 and thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind.

    - Pets are welcome!
    - All of furnitures are brand new.
    - Smart 55" inch TV with Roku installed with bose speaker.
    - High-speed broadband fiber wifi
    - A/C & heating unit for your comfort
    - 1 king-sized bed, sofa can be converted into a bed. We just recently upgraded to a king bed instead of queen size
    - Home office set up with working desk and 24 inches monitor. Keyboard/trackpad available upon request (see photo)
    - Fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster oven, electric kettle, induction-stove and 32qt-oven suitable to cook 4-6 people meals. Tea and coffee is also provided.
    - Freshly wash and clean towels & linen is provided in closet
    - Onsite washer/dryer with laundry detergent available
    - Enclosed private yard with furniture.
    - 1 car off-street parking on the drive way. There are plenty of street curb side parking in front of the property
    - This home is a part of multi-family property, with complete privacy (private entrance and private yard comes with the listing).

    Great unit, but...

    Long review: First, regardless of everything below, this is a 5 star review. It was spotless. Everything seems new - yeah, that spotless. Everything worked well except the TV which we pointed out to the property manager. We didn't expect Vic to go out and get us a new TV during our stay. Hopefully he has replaced the TV by now. Now what we didn't like: my wife is wheelchair bound so we asked if there were any stairs. Vic responded saying there were 2 steps into the unit which my wife said she could climb... although there were no hand rails. What he didn't tell us was you couldn't get to the unit via wheelchair because of the rough cobblestones leading to the gate and there was no contiguous sidewalk to the unit inside the gate. Why didn't I knock this unit for not having a clear wheelchair path to the unit??? The unit was NOT listed as an ADA unit. And that's what we needed. So the unit itself was as described - 5 stars. So would I recommend this unit - ABSOLUTELY (as long as you're not looking for an ADA unit).
