"Great house with a breathtaking view, we loved it! It is a short drive to town and arbolitos beach. We had a ton of space and our dogs enjoyed the property too. Gen 3 Starlink setup worked great for wifi. Morony is a responsive host, as well. It is important to understand that Cabo Pulmo is an entirely off-grid destination--there is no electricity in the entire town. The house has a solar setup that worked fine for our needs. 8/10 Good

"Bar war unfortunately closed. The bartender was on vacation. Beer at the restaurant only. The food from the free breakfast was mostly good, some cold. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pool was basic but clean. We missed luggage check in so had to stay here but it was pleasantly okay. Beds were comfortable but no bathtub for kids. The carpet was as expected dirty but wore shoes the whole time. Other than that all was clean."

"The place was funky and fun and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we wish we brought more food to cook. We did a snorkel trip with another organization because they did not have enough people to take a boat out. The snorkeling was so great so make sure you do a trip! The beaches that you drive to are much nicer than the one close by for swimming. We never used the pool because every time we wanted to there were folks learning to scuba in it but it looks nice. We will return to Cabo Pulmo."

We went full send: Ramon delivered groceries and roses, Lucy cooked outstanding meals, and Alfredo handled our many shuttles with ease. Whatever you need, they will take care of it. 10 out of 10! "Fantastic casita with a spacious front porch area for relaxing and staring at the ocean. Leo and Gabby are top notch hosts. Highly recommend ordering the home cooked meals from Gabby - they were a highlight of our trip and more than adequately fed three hungry surfers!"

"The house is simply amazing right on a gorgeous, isolated beach. Although the road getting there might not be for everyone, it was fun for us, a true old school Baja experience. Communication around all the questions we had beforehand was great. The caretakers Elvira and Fernando are lovely and super helpful. The bedrooms are perfect and we all especially loved the extra outside showers that each room has. We spent our days swimming, snorkeling, playing games, eating and napping and this house is very conducive to this. We went into Cabo Pulmo a couple of nights for great dinners, which was also fun and part of the experience. Los Frailes is a very special place and so is this house. We will totally come back!"

"All in all, amazing place! Easy to find, spacious, and comfortable. No ac but plenty of fans. Being on the top of hill gives a perfect breeze. If you need internet after 11pm you need to let the host know ahead of time. Usually it wouldn't be an issue for us, we just found out in the middle of a streaming movie. Beautiful scenery and all the typical wildlife you find in the desert. The sunrise and song birds are stunning from any of the multiple balconies.Highly recommend! Would stay there again 100%"
