"Great house with a breathtaking view, we loved it! It is a short drive to town and arbolitos beach. We had a ton of space and our dogs enjoyed the property too. Gen 3 Starlink setup worked great for wifi. Morony is a responsive host, as well. It is important to understand that Cabo Pulmo is an entirely off-grid destination--there is no electricity in the entire town. The house has a solar setup that worked fine for our needs. "This place is pretty remote so you definitely feel away. The sea is gorgeously blue and clear, with a vista right outside our room When we went is was HOT so the little dipping pool on our unit deck was very much appreciated - as was the AC. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food wasn’t super fantastic but we found a great surf shop 2 minutes down the beach called Coyote Cafe with fantastic grilled shrimp and chicken (and a full bar for those wanting a margarita). Oh FYI - and if you don’t plan to use the hotel shuttle to get back/forth from town you’ll need to get a good SUV with 4 wheel drive because much of the roads are unpaved and it’s a crazy ride to/from."

"The casita was very nice and just as the pictures showed it to be. A short walk to the beach. Kitchen had every thing we needed to cook and Leo the caretaker was so nice and helpful. He brought water over every couple days. We went in August so it was very hot and AC is in bedrooms only so if you were using the futons in the living room it would be too hot to sleep but that was August. Otherwise we loved it"

"The place was funky and fun and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we wish we brought more food to cook. We did a snorkel trip with another organization because they did not have enough people to take a boat out. The snorkeling was so great so make sure you do a trip! The beaches that you drive to are much nicer than the one close by for swimming. We never used the pool because every time we wanted to there were folks learning to scuba in it but it looks nice. We will return to Cabo Pulmo."

"We could not have asked for a more amazing property, location, and setting for our special week. We went full send: Ramon delivered groceries and roses, Lucy cooked outstanding meals, and Alfredo handled our many shuttles with ease. Whatever you need, they will take care of it. 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back again"

"The house is simply amazing right on a gorgeous, isolated beach. Although the road getting there might not be for everyone, it was fun for us, a true old school Baja experience. Communication around all the questions we had beforehand was great. The caretakers Elvira and Fernando are lovely and super helpful. The bedrooms are perfect and we all especially loved the extra outside showers that each room has. We spent our days swimming, snorkeling, playing games, eating and napping and this house is very conducive to this. We went into Cabo Pulmo a couple of nights for great dinners, which was also fun and part of the experience. Los Frailes is a very special place and so is this house. We will totally come back!"
